The omega-epsilon-zeta locus is firstly identified in the of the low-copy-number pSM19035. This locus encodes three components : the omega repressor autoregulates transcription of the omega-epsilon-zeta operon, epsilon encodes an antitoxin and zeta encodes a toxin.
